Zhiyun Crane Plus Gimbal
The Zhiyun Crane Plus is a 3-axis stabilisation system with a maximum payload of 2.5 kilos, making it suitable for use with both mirrorless cameras and professional DSLRs. With this payload, Zhiyun positions the Crane Plus right between the Crane V2 and Crane 2, and of course this gimbal comes with a number of new features and technologies. With MotionMemory you can set up advanced camera movements and save them so the Crane Plus remembers them, allowing you to reuse the same movements later at the touch of a button. The new POV (Point Of View) mode follows you up to 45 degrees when you move the camera to the left or right. Simply put: when you move, the camera moves with you. Alongside the three other modes (pan-following, locking and following), POV mode gives you more control and freedom to capture almost any shot. The Crane Plus also supports Intelligent Object Tracking, which means following a subject. With the smartphone app you can select a subject, after which the Crane Plus keeps following it automatically. Another new feature is NightLapse, which lets you create beautiful timelapse videos in the dark, with the stunning motion and stability that only the Crane Plus can offer.
The Crane Plus comes with a camera control cable that lets you operate a few camera functions from the gimbal, such as taking a photo or using the zoom. This gimbal also has a clear control panel that, combined with the dedicated ZY Play smartphone app, lets you capture the most beautiful and advanced footage. Thanks to the two included batteries, you can keep filming for as long as 12 to 18 hours.
