Sony DSC-HX99

The Sony DSC-HX99 is the smallest compact camera in the world, so you can take it anywhere. Its small size doesn't hold back the performance of the Sony DSC-HX99, though. The camera is equipped with a Zeiss lens and an Exmor R CMOS sensor. That makes it an advanced compact camera with 18.2 effective Megapixel and a zoom range of 24-720mm. Combined with the Clear Image Zoom function, you can bring your subject even closer and the camera reaches 1440mm, all while the image stays sharp. With the Sony DSC-HX99 you can take beautiful photos both up close and far away.

Besides the Clear Image Zoom function, the camera uses several algorithms to capture the best, sharpest photos. The fast, intelligent AF and responsive eye Autofocus deliver beautiful images in any situation. The camera can shoot continuously at lightning speed, up to 10 fps. Thanks to Optical SteadyShot, camera shake is compensated for, even when shooting at high magnification without a Tripod. The camera also has a Zoom Assist function. This lets you zoom in without the image becoming blurry, because focus is maintained whether you zoom in or out.

The Sony DSC-HX99 isn't just for photography, but also for Vlogging and filming in 4K. The 180-degree tilting LCD touchscreen is ideal for selfies and for making vlogs. The LCD screen also features Touch Focus and Touch Pad AF, so you can operate the camera easily in any position.

The camera works seamlessly with your smartphone or tablet. With Imaging Edge Mobile10 you can adjust various camera functions, such as the Shutter speed and zoom functions.
