Sigma 24mm F1.4 DG DN Art L mount

The Sigma 24mm F1.4 DG DN Art L mount is a wide angle lens with a fixed focal length of 24mm. Thanks to its wide field of view and outstanding optical performance, this lens is incredibly versatile. The maximum aperture of f/1.4 means you can shoot bright, clear images even in the most demanding lighting conditions. The lens has been designed to minimise unwanted effects such as ghosting and flares. Super multi-layer coating and nano porous coating help prevent these unwanted effects when shooting into strong backlight at maximum aperture. The optical construction of 17 elements in 14 groups ensures optimal performance throughout.

At the front, a 72mm filter thread lets you attach your choice of filter — ideal when you want to use a polarisation filter or ND filter for landscape photography. The lens also features a rear filter holder and a manual focus lock (MFL) switch, giving you even more flexibility. The MFL switch lets you easily disengage the focus ring, so you can concentrate on your shot without worrying about accidentally changing the focus distance. The lens is user-friendly and a great addition to any demanding photographer's kit. Enjoy handy features such as a focus mode switch, an aperture ring lock switch, and (depending on your camera) a customisable AFL-2 button.

The lens is lightweight and easy to take with you wherever you go. It is built to withstand a variety of weather conditions, including light rain, thanks to its dust- and splash-proof construction and the water- and oil-repellent coating on the front element. This lens is particularly well suited to interiors, architecture, landscapes, and astrophotography. The included lens hood features a locking mechanism to keep it firmly in place, along with a rubber grip area for quick and easy attachment.
