Leica Elmarit-M 28mm F2.8 Asph. Black

The Leica Elmarit-M 28mm F2.8 Asph. is the most compact lens in the collection for the Leica M. Its compact size and low weight make this lens the favourite tool of street and reportage photographers. Compared to the previous model, the new generation lens offers significantly reduced image field curvature, which brings considerably improved imaging performance with high resolution and extremely brilliant resolution of details.

The Leica Elmarit-M 28mm is practically distortion free, from infinity to its closest focusing distance of 0.7m. Additionally, the lens barely occludes the view through the viewfinder of the Leica M cameras.
