Your photo and video specialist since 1995
The Laowa Aksen 45mm f/2.8 1-5X Ultra Macro APO Cine - PL is the macro lens for video and film productions with a PL mount. You magnify from 1X to 5X at a fixed working distance of about 40mm, without having to refocus. Thanks to the apochromatic correction and the internal zoom construction, you film sharp and color-accurate footage, even at the highest magnifications.

Laowa Aksen 45mm f/2.8 1-5X Ultra Macro APO Cine - PL

Macro photography and macro video show you what the naked eye can't see: texture, structure and color at the micro level. Whether you're filming insects, capturing jewelry or inspecting technical parts, the Laowa Aksen 45mm f/2.8 1-5X Ultra Macro APO Cine gives you access to a world that normally stays hidden. This compact cine macro lens for full-frame cameras with a PL mount offers a magnification range of 1X to 5X at a fixed working distance of about 40mm, so you switch magnification without moving your camera or subject.

The apochromatic correction eliminates chromatic aberration almost entirely, which matters because color errors become quickly visible at high magnifications. The internal zoom construction keeps the physical length of the lens constant while zooming, handy when you're working with diffusers or a lighting setup you don't want to disturb, so everything stays exactly in place while zooming in and out.
